Our house was an inherited property for my sister and I. The house definitely needed some work to get ready for listing. From day one, Lindsey made sure we knew what we had to do, when to do it, and what to expect in one of the craziest times in the housing market. Lindsey's professionalism was vital in helping us prioritize the fixes for the house. Every document that we needed to sign, everything requiring our attention, Lindsey was there to explain and walk us through everything. One of a realtor's hardest jobs is to read the housing market while working with the sellers on incoming offers. Lindsey worked with us and made sure our house was reasonably priced and offers were thoroughly vetted and reviewed. She also ensured our house sold for a great price at just the right time with an accelerated closing. The housing market is in shambles, but Lindsey was there to guide us through it to success. If you're buying or selling, do yourselves two favors: engage Lindsey and take her advice. You won't regret it.
