Stephanie is a very knowledgeable real estate agent. Every home she viewed with me she had all the details of that home with her and printed out and gave a copy to me. If there was anything she didn’t know about the property she found out and updated me within a reasonable time. She pointed out everything about the property whether it was good or bad. If she didn’t think I should make an offer on the property she would tell me and why. She worked with me for 2 and 1/2 years before I found a house that was suitable for me. She never complained or hinted I should hurry up and make a decision. She has all the patience in the world which is evident by how long she stood by my searches. From Woodstock , Va to Hedgesville WVa. We looked all over. Never did she get frustrated with me. I would highly recommend Stephanie as a real estate agent. You cannot go wrong with her as your agent!!! 10 out of 10!

Stephanie Feltner and her team were amazing to work with during the selling process. She answered questions, gave feedback, and listed the house in a way that it sold in a timely fashion. She kept me up to date with emails and messages throughout each and every step. Any questions or concerns she would immediately respond to with advice or information. But, even more than that...my house sell was unique because I was having to sell property that I share with my ex-husband that I have a protective order against. This meant that my privacy had to be maintained between the parties and lawyers had to be involved. It should have been awful...but Stephanie and her team were so professional and caring throughout the process. It meant a lot on a personal level. Selling a home is more than a transaction; especially for me. It was the final step to safety and freedom from a very unpleasant situation. Their dedication in selling the home for a good price and fast meant that I was finally able to move forward with my life. Is she an amazing realtor that will sell your home fast at a great price? Yes, this is true. Is she knowledgeable of the market and amazingly professional? Yes, this is true too.
