This is the 2nd time I have used Koontz for buying/selling a house. She assisted me with buying the house I recently sold and I was impressed with her knowledge, always keeping on top of everything, and reminding me what needed to be done. Brian was super helpful in the purchase of our downsizing condo. He guided us without telling us.
