She’s a consummate professional, thorough, communicative and brings a passion and warmth to her work. We sold our home while living in another city. It could’ve been an extremely stressful period, but Laurie made it seamless and pain-free, helping us to get the house in perfect shape to hit the market. We ended up closing $61K over asking and couldn’t be more thrilled. From all the paperwork to the repairs and staging, everything was flawless and handled with such care. Timothy-Jay, aka "TJ," is a remarkable realtor. I'm very happy we chose him to market our property. After we interviewed two other realtors, it was clear he was the one. Why? Because of his skill is in listening to our requirements and then translating them into a successful marketing strategy plus actively helping us put his plan into action. Long story short, TJ crafted a plan that got us a firm offer with no contingencies and 6.5% above our listing price in only three days. Our market research told us that is an exceptional achievement. In short, the DC Metro area has thousands of realtors but very few of them are in his league. And, once you interview him along with other realtors you know, we believe you will agree.

Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!
