John stepped in after our original agent did not turn out as good as we expected. John stepped in and guided us through the sale of our home. He thoroughly explained the many steps involved from listing, to staging and then executed his vision through sale of our home. It took much longer than anticipated to sell our home, but that was on us for making the selection of our first agent. However, stumbling into John's company and his personal energy in executing his sales plan was a godsend for us. John taught us what an energetic agent can do for a seller’s spirits and get things done. We truly appreciate his efforts on our behalf.

Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!
