Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. Alan was an excellent real estate agent. We looked at over 20 condos with Alan and he was able to spot troublesome issues or potential issues that would require additional work down the road for us. He had great insight into other condos that had recently sold in the areas we were interested in and was always a text away. We would highly recommend Alan because of his knowledge of the buying processes, northern Virginia expertise, construction experience, and friendliness. He also knew all the answers for a first time buyer in there early 30's!! Also, his mortgage broker was awesome at explaining, in detail, the whole buying process!!!
