She is great about providing you with the potential homes that are in the area you desire. Additionally, when we had interest in a specific building she was quick to set up an alert system that would email us when new units in the building hit the market. This was extremely helpful and I think gave us an edge against other buyers. Overall, I would recommend Liz Nourse to anyone looking for a real estate agent to help them buy or sell a home.

Beth is a fantastic agent: she brought deep expertise and a personal approach, and she went above and beyond. After seeing a neighborhood home that she listed and sold a year earlier, we knew that she would be the right agent as she paid attention to all the details. When we had a family emergency in the middle of moving out, she was very sympathetic and helped find ways to keep us sane and on schedule. Most importantly, of course, was her expertise in staging, listing and marketing our home. While it was a hot market, she did not take anything for granted and did a full marketing campaign.
