Robyn sold our home above asking price, maintained our home during the list period (as we did not live in the area), and made the whole process nearly effortless for us. She was organized and explained every relevant item in detail throughout the whole listing process. Most of all, we really enjoyed working with her, she truly is a wonderful person. She is rare find among so many unpleasant agents that we have encountered before appointing her for our listing. Our only regret is that we didn't find her sooner. Thank you again Robyn!!

Liz Nourse (Founder of Customer Realty) was a great agent and professional who helped us immensely while we searched and eventually bought our first home. She was very patient with us as we searched for possible homes and always made time to do more home visits. She was extremely supportive and encouraging while she helped us through our first time home buying experience. She also has a lot of knowledge with regards to the home buying process, local real estate, and contracts. We trusted her and her company, and always felt that she genuinely had our best interest in mind. Additionally, she was very quick to provide us with a search system that was customized to our discussed area of interest. She is great about providing you with the potential homes that are in the area you desire. Additionally, when we had interest in a specific building she was quick to set up an alert system that would email us when new units in the building hit the market. This was extremely helpful and I think gave us an edge against other buyers. Overall, I would recommend Liz Nourse to anyone looking for a real estate agent to help them buy or sell a home.

Beth is a fantastic agent: she brought deep expertise and a personal approach, and she went above and beyond. After seeing a neighborhood home that she listed and sold a year earlier, we knew that she would be the right agent as she paid attention to all the details. When we had a family emergency in the middle of moving out, she was very sympathetic and helped find ways to keep us sane and on schedule. Most importantly, of course, was her expertise in staging, listing and marketing our home. While it was a hot market, she did not take anything for granted and did a full marketing campaign.
