All renovations were handled over the phone using FaceTime, and Vincent helped us to visually check the work in person many times. Vincent has recommended us on what renovations needed to meet the requirements for a great listing on the market. I really appreciated his time and especially his enthusiasm. With his help, everything has happened virtually using FaceTime, from renovations to settlement or closing. I don't need to flight from West back to East coast for anything.
