He is great at communication & always responds quickly- whether its booking showings, giving updates, or answering questions (which we had a lot of). We interacted with a lot of realtors but Dan stood out to us because of his patience and could tell that he didn't want to just sell us any home but was really willing to put in the time and effort to find our perfect home- which meant a lot to us.
