Amy made the whole process easy and seamless! It was a pleasure working with her again. I've used her for years, and I keep coming back because of her knowledge and professionalism! Would recommend her to anyone!

Start to finish an absolutely seamless process. The staging was critical and quite honestly— the deal breaker. Well that, and the truly personal (and funny) video to show our house in a laid back, approachable way. Ellis Properties held our hands through the entire process. They answered our questions, were available at all times, provided recommendations and resources and were the calm, professional, and knowledgeable voice through it all. We have since asked that they help our son and his family find their perfect place. 💯 recommend

Working with Susan to purchase our first home was the best! She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Susan was willing to answer texts and phone calls at the drop of a hat and really coached us through the process so well. I would recommend working with Susan to anyone in the process of homebuying! THANK YOU SUSAN!!!!!!

We were able to find a property which we can proudly call HOME. Thank you for all the help and guidance throughout the process. Bishuddha is very knowledgeable about the market and the wide arrays of properties he lays out on the table along with buyer’s preferred choice of house and location is impeccable. He is easy to work with and is very straightforward about the properties that are on the browsing list. Thank you for this amazing experience. Will definitely recommend friends and family to work with Bishuddha.

Sam is extremely well versed in every DC local. He truly understands the market as it relates to pricing, timing and preparing your property for sale. His Rolodex is full of every service you will need from handyman services to top interior designers that will give you property the competitive edge it needs to sell quickly. Sam sold 2 condos for me in less than a 3 weeks. Utilizing Sam will be one of the best decisions you could make!! I strongly recommend him.

Susan is a 5 star real estate agent in Northern Virginia. She instills confidence to both buyer and seller due to her in-depth knowledge of the area’s real estate market. She is extremely organized and provides a calendar to client at the beginning of the process in order to ensure no dates are missed. She sets realistic deadlines and was always one step ahead of us in the selling process. We were extremely impressed and pleased with her abilities and highly recommend her.

We are very pleased to give Sima our highest recommendation - she was the obvious choice because we'd had such a positive experience with her when we sold our previous house. We have never worked with anyone who cared so much and worked so hard for our benefit - in real estate or any other area. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that we moved out of the country during the process and Sima took care of the place and its needs, perhaps better than we ever could have. She truly cared about us and our home. Her real estate advice was right on and her knowledge of the difficult situation in Montgomery County in the last year was reassuring. If we were ever to move back we know who we would talk to. Sima gets five stars - we'd give her more, if we could.
