Fortunately for us, the home turned out better than we could have ever hoped for with renovations, upgrades, and major items already replaced such as new roof, new HVACs, new garage reno, hardwood flooring throughout the entire home, etc. Literally, the only thing our home inspection revealed was a loose brick. Without a doubt, we would not have landed this house without Charles as our buying agent and we hope to work with Charles again.
