We were referred to Robyn by a friend who had used her twice previously to buy. We set up an “information gathering” phone call with Robyn, as we thought we were still 18-24 months out from actually buying a place. We had some questions about the current market and about the process of buying and selling at the same time, since this would be our first time selling a home while also going through the purchasing process. Our house was listed for less than 72 hours before we had multiple offers. She helped us navigate the offers, choose the best option and negotiate the terms of the contract. Robyn also helped us to negotiate the best deal possible on our new house. Throughout the whole process she was always available for questions and was very responsive. She stayed on top of the negotiation of both contracts and caught errors before they became issues. As far as we are concerned, we are in our “forever home,” however, if that status changes, we will absolutely call Robyn to be our realtor!! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
