Her suggestions and encouragement made the entire process easier. Even though she felt we needed to do some updating, we opted to sell "as is" which was an emotional choice for me. To see my mother's beautiful but dated house looking shabby was tough. Melinda was supportive and positive and kept me positive. Her treatment of my 92 year old mother was kind and understanding and again, compassionate. My mother was very comfortable with her from the very beginning, trusting her completely. Melinda is so professional, flexible and calming. If I knew someone thinking of selling in the area, she would be my first choice!

I needed a lot of handholding, but they always had all answers, including options, so I could choose whatever worked for me. Selina and Todd even went as far as helping me navigate other services you typically need when buying a home. A bonus is that they moved several times before, so they were able to relate to my situation and make my experience much easier! They stayed on top of everything ever when I needed assistance after moving to my new home. Both are not only very professional in every aspect of the real estate business but also pleasant to work with. They are responsive even outside of business hours, and Todd even knows all about assessing home conditions. Would definitely work with Selina and Todd again.
