Sandy coached my husband and I through buying our first house and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She has a network of excellent professionals she recommended we work with (but with no pressure) and she helped us through all the steps and negotiations. We are pretty new to the DMV, and Sandy suggested we check out neighborhoods we hadn't considered, and because of her we found our home in a part of town we weren't familiar with that was a better fit for us than where we were looking.
