Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls.
