We put our condo - in a 55+ community- up for sale just before the Holidays. Ginger wrote up a lovely description and had many pics on the various realty sites. She stayed in continued contact and made many good suggestions as far as staging and furniture placement, etc. With the elections and being in an area particularly subject to political environment ups & downs, we got the condo sold pretty quickly despite the overall politically-caused pause in number of active buyers and the Holidays. Scott was great! He guided us through every step of the process. His expertise and dedication is impressive. He listed two properties and appropriately priced both properties, which sold quickly. One property required renovations - he assisted in determining which renovations to do and in coordinating contractors. I would definitely recommend him!
