She is very knowledgeable super active and energetic. She alway keeps the customer updated after every open house. Very patient and humble any time you request a call she is on it. We’ve used Tonya for three transactions over the years. She is one in a million! She cares about her clients. Ensuring they are taken care of is the most important thing to her. She goes the extra mile, even shoveling snow for them! She’s very communicative and ALWAYS available. And if you’re buying/selling in south Arlington there’s NO ONE that knows the neighborhoods better. And if you’re buying/selling outside of an area that she does not already know like the back of her hand, she will learn it just for your deal.

Carmen is fantastic at what she does!! At a time I needed something done as quickly as possible Carmen stepped in and stepped up!! Because our house was in a niche community it was a little harder to sell and I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get what we wanted to help my Dad live worry free for the remainder of hopefully many years! We lowered the price twice but in the end we got above asking right around our original asking price. Carmen kept me calm and she knows exactly how to use all of her skills and tools to market your home!!!
