BEST AGENT! If I could provide more stars to William 'Bill' Hernandez and the quality and care he took to sell our home in VA, I definitely would. With everything in life, all things can be rocky but Bill helped us throughout the process. We initially hired him to appraise the home since we were looking to put it up for sale by owner. After the appraisal, Bill kept in touch with us and we asked him a ton of questions. When it didn't work out with selling the house on our own, we immediately called Bill to see if he can help us with listing the house on the market but didn't know how. Bill took care of us by helping us through the process to list the house. He took careful notes while walking the property and told us what buyers are looking for. He really knows the business! He connected us with a contractor to make repairs and even upgrade some things in the house. At the end, the house was BEAUTIFUL! Once a buyer was identified, he walked us through EVERYTHING: negotiations, inspections, fee sheets, title company expectations, etc. until all parties were satisfied. We successfully closed last week. I'm going to miss our daily 8:30AM check in calls with Bill, he truly cares about his clients and their families.
