I’ve bought and sold three houses with Jacqueline and I’ve had a great experience each time. She is very professional and responsive, provides great feedback and recommendations to get me and the house prepared, and my houses have sold quickly. She is my go-to agent for my real estate needs.

We chose Jessica because she was the realtor representing the sellers when we bought our house and we were impressed with how well she managed their side of the transaction. While we lived there, we noticed that she had signs for multiple houses in our neighborhood, and assumed she knew the neighborhood well. When it was time for us to list our house, we went to her. She was amazing every step of the way! She was very involved in every phase of the sale, including giving us advice on staging the house and even providing some items to assist with that. After the inspection when a few questions came up, Jessica quickly reached out to the house builder and received information about the house that alleviated the buyers’ concerns and prevented us from needing to do additional investigation. After we vacated the house a week or so prior to closing, she checked on the house to ensure everything was secure and ready to go for the final walk through, and even forwarded some mail to us that the Post Office had missed. I would use Jessica again if I were buying or selling in the Fairfax area.

We had a great experience working with Alisa Batiz to sell our house. It was a complex sale and the house was a unique one, to say the least, but she helped us so much with preparations to the house itself and then getting us through the sale successfully.
