For Seniors that are moving into long-term living facilities, I highly recommend hiring Rick Kicklighter. He was "on-site, hands-on, pick-up-the-phone" perfect in our opinions!

Lisa helped us buy our first home and made sure we got everything we wanted negotiated into the contract - plus additional concessions! She was excellent at keeping us in the loop on the status of our purchase and stayed in contact with our lender too. Highly recommend :)
