It was a brilliant idea that we took advantage of. During the entire selling process, Eva made the process extremely seamless and easy. She would always ask if we needed help with anything! Since we were in transition to an out of state home, she would go by the for sale home before all showings to make sure everything was perfect (and our plants were watered). We trusted her completely since we were out of town a lot. She also was very cautious to have us spend any funds to prepare for the sale, which put more profit in our pockets.
