Annette was a rock star! I was a first time home buyer and went into this process knowing virtually nothing about real-estate. I was fortunate to meet Annette during an open house. She was very friendly, engaging, and easily reachable throughout the entire home buying process. Annette was very informative and very patient when it came to explaining every detail of what I should expect. I eventually settled on a new construction, which Annette was an expert in. I moved into my brand new home as of January and cannot be happier. I had an excessive amount of difficulty dealing with my loan officer/mortgage company, but Annette was there to assist me and mitigate the damage done by their horrible customer service. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would! Trudy has been working with me for over a year as this was an estate sale. She was very upfront and honest with me and helped me make important decisions that would work best for me and my situation. She was steady during my emotional rollercoaster as well.
