Lilian Jorgenson has been ranked among the top tier of realtors for some simple but profound reasons—she has that rare gift of savvy business acumen coupled with a genuine warmth of personality that helps to eliminate the stress of buying or selling a home. I have been acquainted with Lilian since she sold my father’s home some 20 years ago in 2001, and I specifically selected her as my agent to buy my new home in 2021. Lilian’s ability to list and sell my dad’s home in the thick of the uncertain housing market post 9/11 was unparalleled as was her strategy to to present my contract to the sellers of my new home in a manner that avoided any escalation. Lilian Jorgenson is truly the platinum standard of realtors!

Nancy is an excellent realtor. I had a short time to find a new home and she was available whenever I wanted to see a property. She guided me through the negotiations and the settlement on my new home in record time. Her customer service is top notch.
