once ellen understood the teardown value of my old house and that I was going to get x amount of money for my old house or not sell it all went very fast and smooth..She was extremely patient with me as we spent several weeks looking at numerous properties and submitted half a dozen offers before making a decision on the house that I am now living quite comfortably in.We also had a lot of fun in the process.I hope to never move again but if I do Ellen will be the first to know about it.

Working with Meghan has been a wonderful experience. I enjoyed house hunting with her. She was very patient as I was a bit picky with the kind of house I was looking for. Once I found the house she processed the paperwork immediately. She communicated the information I needed to complete the paperwork. She also reached out to others to get the process started. I give her an A+ for her outstanding work.
