We listed our home through Magda early this August. Magda was great in explaining the whole process. She is very knowledgeable about the market and helped price the home accordingly. She staged the home to perfection and we ended up getting it under contract in a week for more than the listed price. We got this all done without having to even travel from TX for closing. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were looking for a realtor who could help us navigate this foreign process. He also referred us to a great lender (John Petersen at TD Bank), who helped us lock in a relatively low interest rate. Once our offer was accepted, Chris ensured that all of the next steps happened in a timely manner. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!
