Christine and her team helped us not only negotiate our first real estate transaction in Northern Virginia, after living in military quarters for many years, but then she helped us to up-size when retiring from the military. Both experiences were tremendous, and her team takes care of even the smallest of details, so that you don't have to worry about them! When an unexpected crisis happened, Christine and her talented team then helped us to find the perfect home for a now completely disabled veteran. We have bought 3 houses with Christine's help, and sold 2, and couldn't be more thrilled with the comprehensive, caring and supportive experience that we received each time. Christine's knowledge, professionalism, honesty and obvious love for what she does shines through from start to finish! Couldn't be happier!

Sandy (and her daughter Ellie Kahn) provided outstanding services as my realtors. They thoroughly investigated the market and were well aware of the differing models/attributes in this neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. They gave me wonderful suggestions about staging the house for its best viewing, and they provided staging items to assist. They provided the name of a wonderful handyman to come and fix a few things. They hired Coldwell Banker's top-notch professional photographers to take photos for the home's online presence and for the brochure and postcard. Both women provided all the information I needed to understand the selling process, and they did it in such a calm, concise, and honest way. Sandy was instantly there for me when I had a question or concern. I truly appreciated the professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and integrity that Sandy and her daughter Ellie shared with me. They know their business well, and they are delightful individuals to work with! Exceptional service!
