Sofia was very professional and extremely proactive in finding the perfect home for us. We were getting discouraged because there weren't that many properties that met our criteria and when we found a property we were competing with many offers. Not only did Sofia find the perfect home for us but we did not have to compete and we got some closing cost assistance. We did not think it was possible in this market. The home she found for us is beautiful, newer and very spacious as we needed a lot of space because we are a family of five. We are happy Sofia was our realtor and I highly recommend her as she is very knowledgeable, caring and very motivated.

There has been a time when I put the offer in and an unexpected personal event happened to Jin. Despite the situation, he tried to stay in touch as much as possible for me. I understand how difficult this is as I'm a full-time employee myself, and I got the impression that he truly care for his clients.With Jin's help, I was able to get the house that I really like in such a tough market.
