I was selling my townhouse in Ashburn, Virginia, so I interviewed 5 realtors. They tell you to interview 3, but I would interview 5. After asking questions, it was obvious which realtor I should choose, and I was not disappointed with my decision to sign with Jin Wickwire. During my interviews, it became obvious there are good realtors and ones that are not as good. Two of the realtors did comparisons and gave me sales prices, 20,000 below Jin's price. The house was placed on the market on a Thursday, and I had two offers on Monday after one open house. Both offers came in above the asking price. If this doesn't tell you something, I don't know what will. Interview 5 realtors like I did and make sure you put Jin Wickwire on the list. I found Jin on Yelp because she is a top rated agent in Ashburn. I didn't know her before I started my search. Her phone is welded to her hip, which was very important to me. She also had contractors in place to perform necessary repairs, paint, carpet, etc, to get the house on the market for a reasonable price. Thank you, Jin! 

Selling our home couldn't have been simpler. Keren came over to look at our house, gave great reasoning for her price suggestion (which we agreed with), and let us know what we needed to do to prepare for the sale. She started marketing before we were ready and less than a day on the market we had a full asking price offer with no contingencies. Ive sold many homes over the years but non made simpler than this!
