Monika Kumar has once again exceeded any expectations I had in selling my home. Not only did she have it under contract within 16 hours, the closing was the easiest one I have been part of. This is the 4th home Monika has sold for me and my family and I would never put my trust in another agent. She is simply the best!

Selling our home couldn't have been simpler. Keren came over to look at our house, gave great reasoning for her price suggestion (which we agreed with), and let us know what we needed to do to prepare for the sale. She started marketing before we were ready and less than a day on the market we had a full asking price offer with no contingencies. Ive sold many homes over the years but non made simpler than this!

I have not taken advantage of the Bendinelli Team Real Estate as yet but I do know that if I ever plan to sell my house they will be the first ones I call. The Entire team is amazingly friendly and nice. It is so much fun to have contest and giveaways to look forward to every month especially during the pandemic. Before the pandemic the interaction with the team members was great and I can imagine what the experience would be like if and when we decide to sell.
