We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Cassidy helped us sell our house in Oceanside. His helpful and friendly style is a welcome tool in the process of selling real estate. Cassidy always offered to meet us at our home or at the property to make things easier for us. He went out of his way to prepare and stage our property for the open house time frame, which made showing the house a huge success.
