Lauren is a top notch real estate broker and she executed our plan to sell our investment property in a quick timeline with results that exceeded our expectations. She took care of everything on our behalf making it a very seamless process with nothing to worry about on our end (which was a huge help given our three little kids and us not having the time to take care of certain things along the way that need to be done to turnover a property and deal with an existing tenant residing in the property). More importantly, Lauren was able to get us under contract at a price that well exceeded our highest expectations and set a record in the Potomac Yard community! We couldn't have been more thrilled with the results and would high recommend Lauren Gagne! We've used her services for three real estate transactions and will continue to do so in the future!

If you need a realtor you need Christine. It’s just that simple. She knows Virginia real estate and how to make the process work for you. She always seems to have the right connections to get the right professionals to handle everything from house maintenance, staging, photography/video and moving and storing. Christine ended up being my realtor and advisor – getting me to take advice is not an easy feat. I am hard pressed to come up with any facet of the process she doesn’t know or can’t help you handle. I recommend her without reservation.

We were so fortunate that our relocation company referred us to Joan and her team. Having worked with many real estate agents in the past, we know firsthand how much of a difference the right agent makes in the selling process, so we were very careful when choosing who to work with. We also weren’t typical sellers, as we needed to move quickly. We met Joan on a Friday afternoon, and by the following Thursday we were on the market with our first open house that evening. In just six days, Joan and her incredible team helped us prepare the house inside and out. They handled everything from getting the backyard trimmed and cleaned, to bringing in a cleaning crew, to doing beautiful staging that Joan provides for all her clients. When we didn’t have time to pick up a new light fixture to replace an outdated one, Joan went to the store herself and brought it to us. She also coordinated her contractors and managed all the details. The photos and video were absolutely stunning and completed within that same six-day window. Joan personally hosted open houses on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, and by Monday we had a full-price offer without any contingencies as buyers did an inspection on Sunday. That is the work of a truly passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate professional. We wish every agent were as committed to their clients as Joan is.
