Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!

You don't build such a great business without being the best, but needless to say, Sue's experience shown through when we needed to make a few very difficult decisions. Annette was a rock star! I was a first time home buyer and went into this process knowing virtually nothing about real-estate. I was fortunate to meet Annette during an open house. She was very friendly, engaging, and easily reachable throughout the entire home buying process. Annette was very informative and very patient when it came to explaining every detail of what I should expect. I eventually settled on a new construction, which Annette was an expert in. I moved into my brand new home as of January and cannot be happier. I had an excessive amount of difficulty dealing with my loan officer/mortgage company, but Annette was there to assist me and mitigate the damage done by their horrible customer service. I highly recommend Annette to anyone interested in buying a home. You will not be disappointed.

I live out of state and all I can say is that she was a BLESSING and went way beyond the normal duties of a realtor, since I wasn’t able to have hands on, she was able to handle any situation, she was there to take care of any dealings with condo association or contracts and much more and was able to sell my condo within two weeks. I would definitely recommend her to be your realtor.
