I recently listed and sold my home in Lake of the Woods, Locust Grove, VA with Chris as my realtor. He came out and looked at the property and advised me on any work I needed to do to get the house ready to list and we discussed a list price based upon comps he'd pulled. When I was ready to list the house Chris and his team had already done all the preliminary work with me so basically all I needed to do at listing time was to provide a key for the lockbox. The house sold within a week of listing and above the list price. My closing was scheduled at a time and location that was convenient for me. The entire experience with Chris and his team was seamless and much appreciated by me. I definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell property and I plan on using him for my future real estate needs. He did a superb job!

I have had the pleasure of working with David through various real estate transactions over many years. His great customer service is the primary reason I keep returning. However, this last transaction we worked on together was easily the most challenging. In the past, I pretty well knew what I wanted, but not so much this time. When I first mentioned to David about wanting to start a search, the starting scope was between 5 & 150 acres from Leesburg to Winchester. Two years later, we’ve closed on my dream lot and hope to begin construction this summer. I’d be foolish not to involve David in that process as well.
