I have had the pleasure of working with David through various real estate transactions over many years. His great customer service is the primary reason I keep returning. However, this last transaction we worked on together was easily the most challenging. In the past, I pretty well knew what I wanted, but not so much this time. When I first mentioned to David about wanting to start a search, the starting scope was between 5 & 150 acres from Leesburg to Winchester. Two years later, we’ve closed on my dream lot and hope to begin construction this summer. I’d be foolish not to involve David in that process as well. I recently listed and sold my home in Lake of the Woods, Locust Grove, VA with Chris as my realtor. He came out and looked at the property and advised me on any work I needed to do to get the house ready to list and we discussed a list price based upon comps he'd pulled. The house sold within a week of listing and above the list price. My closing was scheduled at a time and location that was convenient for me.
