Liz did all of the prep work to include an amazing walk-through video that gave buyers a first-hand look at our property. Additionally, I was scheduled for surgery which would lay me up for 6 weeks and Liz negotiated a plan with the buyer that would allow me to stay in our home until able to pack out and move (2 months).
