Nikki and her rockstar team are the BEST!! I've used them on both a purchase and sale of a home and the customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. On the purchase side she knew exactly how to put together an offer that not only got accepted, but had the seller take the home off the market BEFORE their open house (unheard of)! On the sale side, she positioned the home in a way that got us 14 offers in 4 days and netted us over 20% more than our listing price. If you want a responsive, easy-to-work with and seasoned real estate team there is no need to look any further.
