Start to finish an absolutely seamless process. The staging was critical and quite honestly— the deal breaker. Well that, and the truly personal (and funny) video to show our house in a laid back, approachable way. Ellis Properties held our hands through the entire process. They answered our questions, were available at all times, provided recommendations and resources and were the calm, professional, and knowledgeable voice through it all. We have since asked that they help our son and his family find their perfect place. 💯 recommend

This was my first experience buying a home so I was not sure exactly what I was doing. Huma was patient with me and helped guide me through the process. At first, I wasn't sure that I would be able to find a townhouse in my price range. I thought I would have to go with a condo, but Huma was able to work a miracle and find the perfect townhouse for me.

We put our condo - in a 55+ community- up for sale just before the Holidays. Ginger wrote up a lovely description and had many pics on the various realty sites. She stayed in continued contact and made many good suggestions as far as staging and furniture placement, etc. With the elections and being in an area particularly subject to political environment ups & downs, we got the condo sold pretty quickly despite the overall politically-caused pause in number of active buyers and the Holidays. We'd hire her again in a second~

She knows the market & has great marketing skills. The brochure she did for me was excellent. Photos flattering & a work of art. Description was well written & professionally done. No detail too large or small for her to handle. I would rate her as a 10 Star Realtor. I interviewed 3 orhers before deciding to chose her. Not only does she come off as charming & professional but she is kind & understanding. A kindred spirit for me. I did everything she suggested for me & I was surpisrd how quickly I sold & bought with her guidance.
