My wife and I were lucky enough to meet Meg while we were touring open houses and knew we wanted to work with her when we became serious about buying in the Reston VA area. As a long-term resident of Reston herself, she was extremely knowledgable about the area and seemed to know everyone in the business, from listing agents to local HOA staff. I don't know how she does it, but Meg truly made us feel like we were her only clients. She could not have been more attentive to our needs, responsive, and strategic in making our offers competitive in a tough market. On top of all this her awesome personality made the stressful process of buying a home fun. Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!
