Zeina helped us buy our first home and sell our inherited home. In finding our first home, she was able to guide us to the right communities for our growing family, as she has several adult children of her own. Also good advice was her suggestions to go ahead and finish our basement the way we want it now, as it could be very costly to do it later. Our new home is amazing and beautiful in every way and having Zeina help us through the entire process, from advice, to handling the Appraiser and Builder that weren't communicating effectively and causing our appraisal to come up short about $20,000. We were very stressed out over the possibility of having to come up with so much money, but we let Zeina handle everything. She was able to resolve the situation and save us from having to needlessly spend that money. Our old home was amazing in every way and I'm content that Zeina was able to find a great family to take it off our hands. It's a great feeling knowing that we remodeled in 2012 for us, and in 2016 found a new family that loves it just as much.
