Throughout the whole home buying process, Cindy managed me, who was stressed (first time homebuyer) and rather grouchy, other realtors or varying degrees of pleasantness, and the whole team of people who supported me from my loan officer, to the broker. My wife and I were lucky enough to meet Meg while we were touring open houses and knew we wanted to work with her when we became serious about buying in the Reston VA area. As a long-term resident of Reston herself, she was extremely knowledgable about the area and seemed to know everyone in the business, from listing agents to local HOA staff. I don't know how she does it, but Meg truly made us feel like we were her only clients.
