We had such a wonderful experience with Felipe and his team. After just a couple weeks of looking for our first home, we found one we liked (it turned into the house we absolutely love now) and we closed in 2 weeks! It was so crazy how fast the whole experience went but Felipe and his team made it seamless and were always available for our million-and-a-half questions (literally). They even made the final close on our home so much fun. Even though it was a lot of paper signing, they made it a fun celebration. Felipe is so personable and wonderful to work with, and we ended up having a small-world connection which made it seem meant to be to work with him.
