And while "nice" is a quality I hope to find in all, most people are nice. I was given 25 pages of agents and their data. And yes, I did go through all 25 pages of agents, highlighting the ones that stood out based on the criteria already mentioned. Tricia landed at the top. I spent a long time reading client reviews of her work. Now on the other side, having sold my house with her help, I can enthusiastically concur with the praise I read in the reviews that led me to seek her expertise. She is the real deal. When you pick her, you can rest easy knowing that she is your advocate. She is out there working on your behalf to both get you the outcome that you want while at the same time steer you to avoid potentially troubling situations you want to avoid.
