I have purchased two homes with Brandon and he is wonderful. He is truly a master of his craft. He is extremely knowledgeable about the work he does. Brandon's estimate of our home's value when we placed our offer ended up being the exact amount it appraised for, which saved us about $15,000. He is personable and I never felt pressured to make an offer on a house I didn't love. He is also not afraid to discuss concerns about a home, which is helpful to someone like me, who might not notice. He is also very accessible at almost any hour of the day, which was really helpful to me as I went through the process (twice!). I would never go with another realtor. Brandon is the best!

I have known Nancy for many years. In no way did our friendship impact her level of professionalism in listing and selling our home. She has in depth knowledge of the market, a great team, gave us thoughtful pricing and was calm throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth and quick, I would highly recommend her.

Finding the "right" real estate agent can feel overwhelming. There are SO many of them. Everyone seems to know one that is "nice." And while "nice" is a quality I hope to find in all, most people are nice. What I wanted when I went in search of someone to help me sell my home was someone with demonstrated sales experience with a large number of people across decades, preferably in my local market. I wanted someone who knew the market, knew the laws, and knew people and how to negotiate with them to get me the best possible outcome. I wanted someone to look out for me while at the same time doing it ethically. Like many of you, I was given names from friends and acquaintances. I researched them online--number of years in the profession, number of sales, the average house values most of the sales were, the markets where most sales took place, etc. After reviewing those, I targeted my search on agents in my local market using AI. I was given 25 pages of agents and their data. And yes, I did go through all 25 pages of agents, highlighting the ones that stood out based on the criteria already mentioned. Tricia landed at the top. I spent a long time reading client reviews of her work. Now on the other side, having sold my house with her help, I can enthusiastically concur with the praise I read in the reviews that led me to seek her expertise. She is the real deal. When you pick her, you can rest easy knowing that she is your advocate. She is out there working on your behalf to both get you the outcome that you want while at the same time steer you to avoid potentially troubling situations you want to avoid. At every step in the process, Tricia was present to help, even when that was sometimes just letting me vent about the emotional nature of selling the house. And yes, Tricia was nice too.
