Chris is a great guy. Answered all my questions. Reviewed everything. Took me to see properties and my choice property a couple of times. No hassles. Helped set up finance by getting me to a great qualified company. Is call on Chris again, no hesitation.

Trevor was professional and very helpful. He was willing to spend Memorial day weekend helping us buy our first home. He did his work and lined out 11 homes to see between Saturday and Monday. We found the house we wanted on that Monday which was the 7th of the 11 we saw. He informed us the house had two other offers and we needed to make an offer by 8:00pm we saw the last house at 6:30pm. He gave us his advice on what we should offer. I had a different view and he was very respectful and professional with my view. Our offer was accepted and we closed 41days later. Trevor was great at negotiating and getting me what I wanted done before we closed. For our first home is went so easy he was on top of everything talking with our loan officer. He is a great asset to have on your team. I will be using Trevor again and recommend everyone to work with him.
