We had an excellent experience working with Daniel. He was our Buyer's Agent. He showed great knowledge in contracts, negotiations, and the market. He had great contacts that helped us with insurance and inspections and even helped us resolve an issue on the day of closing to make the deal happen. He was respectful and responsive, just what you want in a realtor. I would recommend him to others that are looking for an agent.

Steve put us in our new family home. If you work with Steve, and you should, get used to having this conversation: "Who is your realtor?" "Steve Krambule" "Oh yeah, Steve is great!" I had that same exchange with lenders, title agents, home inspector, roofer - you want a realtor with good connections and a good reputation. That's Steve!

Shirley went above and beyond in helping us purchase our first GTM home! From making sure everything agreed upon in our contract was followed through on to ensuring our home was ready for closing day, she truly went the extra mile. We’re so grateful for all her help, attention to detail, and dedication throughout the process. Thank you again, Shirley! We appreciate everything you did to help make this experience such a positive one!

Neil is an outstanding realtor and his knowledge of the market fluctuations in this area are beyond most. He is extraordinary when it comes to keeping his clients abreast during the process of the sell. He is extremely realistic and definitely a "straight shooter"!!! Can't go wrong when you call upon Neil for his amazing services !!!
