Sylvia was supportive, professional, and extremely competent. We are a physician couple in the Salt Lake Valley. We had a very short timeline to sell our home for a cross county move. Sylvia was respectful of our time when meeting and preparing the home for sale; she offered specific, actionable advice that enabled us to sell our home quickly and for far over asking. Do not hesitate to list your home with Sylvia! She will get you a great price, without any hassle!

She has helped me sell two houses. She was very professional and really knows how to negotiate. I think she was able to maximize my profit. She seemed to know when offers were serious and when they should be refused. I would definitely use her again.

Ashley has been our family's real estate agent for several years. Whether we are buying or selling, we know we will get the very best advice, service, and deal. She is very knowledgeable about the market and was available to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. She also has many contacts with the trades which helped us prepare our homes for sale. I never worried when working with Ashley. I knew everything would be taken care correctly and efficiently.
