I went with Tony because a few friends had bought houses through him, and from the first meeting it was very professional without feeling cold and only Business oriented. He knew all the correct people to help my credit score to get into a house and seemed to truly care about getting us a house rather than pushing us to just get the sale. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

(2017) Becca is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in real estate investing and in the Utah market. Her advice has saved me thousands on my own purchases and has helped me to get the properties that best matched my goals. She is a powerful negotiator and has been a key resource to have in the industry. UPDATE (March 2022): Just bought our first investment property. Becca's knowledge not only of the market but also of the other long agents in Utah helped us provide the chosen bid among the stiff competition in the current market! We could easily go to some of these "cut the agent out and save" services to buy/sell real estate but Becca's knowledge/experience is worth EVERY dollar she gets paid. Thanks for the help, Becca and Brady!

Cory made the house buying process a fun one. Going to look at potential houses with him was a blast and he was always quick to respond to show times. The best part of having him as my agent was it really felt like he was looking after my best interests. His understanding of contracts and negotiation skills really showed me that he was making sure that all of my bases were covered which gave me a sense of confidence before I had to sign on the dotted line. 10/10

I have known Nancy for many years. In no way did our friendship impact her level of professionalism in listing and selling our home. She has in depth knowledge of the market, a great team, gave us thoughtful pricing and was calm throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth and quick, I would highly recommend her.
