Stacie was wonderful to work with. She was available to answer questions day or night! She quickly narrowed down what was important to us so that she was able to show us only relevant properties. Her negotiations were aggressive and she was also willing to let us know what was appropriate to request from the seller and what was not (first time home buyers). We loved working with Chris. We lived out of state and were looking for a home in Utah. She is an excellent resource on the market in southern Utah. She listened, took notes? Followed up… got stuff we thought-no way! But yes way! She was trustworthy, kind, honest…I truly can say enough about the things she did for us! This is likely our last home, so we were picky… and she understood that and supported us through this process. Even before we moved, she scheduled and held multiple team meetings to review progress and plans!
