There were a lot of ups and downs while I was searching for the right property. Avery asked a lot of questions and I was confident that she understood exactly what I was looking for. We looked at a lot of properties and there were a few times I was ready to throw in the towel but Avery kept looking. She even offered to knock doors in neighborhoods that I liked and try to find a home even if it was unlisted! When we finally were able to submit an offer, Avery was so great about keeping in communication with the seller's agent and keeping them informed and comfortable that my financing was moving forward. We finally closed on what I think is the perfect property for me right now and we got a great deal on it too! Totally recommend Avery!! A+++
