Our experience with Joan could not have gone better. We were in the midst of having to sell our mother’s home of 35 years which was so obviously her style and held amazing family memories. With a fresh coat of paint and some staging it was converted into a home that others could envision their lives and resulted in multiple offers the first weekend on the market.
