Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.

Brandon's estimate of our home's value when we placed our offer ended up being the exact amount it appraised for, which saved us about $15,000. He is personable and I never felt pressured to make an offer on a house I didn't love. He is also not afraid to discuss concerns about a home, which is helpful to someone like me, who might not notice. He is also very accessible at almost any hour of the day, which was really helpful to me as I went through the process (twice!). I would never go with another realtor. Brandon is the best!
